GH Apparel Makes Looking Good, Automatic
Feb 18, 2008
Graphics House Apparel, the newest addition to the Graphics House family of companies is proud to announce the addition of an M & R Diamondback automatic screen printing press to its production capabilities.
Until recently, the thought of purchasing an automatic press was little more than wishful
thinking. But thanks to an aggressive marketing campaign and a highly motivated sales team, the apparel department achieved record growth, and actually had more work than could be produced using the two Hopkins manual presses already in service.
The decision was then made that in order to capitalize on this growth, an automatic press needed to be considered. But which one? After reviewing data from numerous vendors, and weighing their options, Graphics House apparel decided on the M & R Diamondback.
The Diamondback features pneumatically-driven print carriages, swiveling control panel arm with a touch-screen display, micro-registration, calibrated squeegee pressure adjustment, standard M & R three-point pallet leveling bracket with quick release, rear stroke pressure adjustment, new composite 16" x 22" pallets, and M & R's patented Revolver Print Program. Upgrades such as pneumatic frame locks, pneumatic squeegee/flood bar locks, and pneumatic squeegee pressure regulators were also included.
The addition of the M & R Diamondback paves the way for Graphics House apparel to continue to provide to it's customers, high quality garments at very competitive prices.
